Warranty

Custom Power Solar warrants all products for one year from receipt of product. Warranty does not cover damage due to excessive force, immersion in water (unless product is designed for outdoor 24/7 use), or excessive heat or cold temperatures (above 70c or below -30C).

Batteries are warranted to provide at least 70% of initial capacity after one year.

Please contact us for warranty service. We can usually ship a replacement in one working day unless unit was custom made.

Recycling/Rebuilding

Custom Power Solar can usually rebuild your old charger unit into a new unit at reduced cost. If you have purchased a CPS product and want to exchange it for a different model (for example exchange an iPhone5 unit for a S3 unit), just send us the old unit and we will issue a$50 refund towards the cost of a new unit. We typically remove the charger electronics, swap connectors and replace into a new unit, as the electronics essentially has infinite operational life.
